Coaching for Kings — Daniel Keebler, LTD. Last updated: 23 August 2026

The short version

I am a one-person ADHD coaching practice. I collect only what I need to answer you or to keep the website working. I do not sell your information to anyone, ever. I delete things when they are no longer needed. If you want to see what I hold, correct it, or have it erased, get in touch and I will do it.

1. Who I am

Daniel Keebler, LTD., an Israeli private company, trading as Coaching for Kings.

I am the data controller for everything described here. To contact me about your information, use the contact page.

2. What this notice covers

The public website at coachingforkings.com — reading it, using the self-reflection tools on it, and getting in touch with me.

If you become a coaching client, a fuller privacy notice covering the coaching relationship is provided to you as part of your welcome packet, before any of that information is collected.

3. Visiting the website

What I collect. My host and security provider automatically log technical information — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, timestamps. This is standard for any website and is used to keep the site working, fast and secure.

Legal basis. My legitimate interest in operating a functioning, secure website.

Cookies. This site uses only cookies strictly necessary for it to function and to keep it secure. I do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If I add analytics later, I will update this notice and ask for your consent first.

The site runs on WordPress, which sets a small number of functional cookies:

  • A temporary cookie when you visit the login page, to check your browser accepts cookies. It holds no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
  • If you have a client login, cookies that keep you signed in and remember your display preferences. Login cookies last two days, or two weeks if you tick “Remember Me”, and are removed when you log out. Display-preference cookies last a year.

Password resets. If you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the reset email. This is standard WordPress behaviour and helps confirm the request was genuine.

Embedded content from other websites. Some pages may include embedded content such as videos or documents hosted elsewhere. Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited that other site: the provider may set its own cookies, collect data about you, and track your interaction with it — including linking it to your account if you are logged in to that provider. I have no control over this. Their privacy policies apply, not mine.

Note: I do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as there is no agreed standard for them.

[OPTIONAL — delete the Comments paragraph below if commenting is disabled]

Comments. If commenting is enabled and you leave a comment, I collect what you type in the comment form, plus your IP address and browser user-agent string, to help detect spam. Comments may be checked by an automated spam-detection service. If you opt in, your name, email and website are saved in cookies for a year so you do not have to retype them. An anonymised hash of your email address may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you have a profile picture; Gravatar’s privacy policy is at automattic.com/privacy. Approved comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely so follow-up comments can be approved automatically. Ask me and I will delete yours.

4. Self-reflection tools

Some pages offer interactive tools where you can rate or reflect on aspects of your own experience.

These tools are for illustration and education only. They are not screening tools, not diagnostic instruments, and have not been validated or normed against any clinical population. They cannot tell you whether you have ADHD or anything else. Only a qualified clinician can do that.

Your answers stay on your device by default. They are saved in your own browser so you can come back to them. I cannot see them. Clearing your browser data deletes them.

Nothing reaches me unless you choose to send it, tick a consent box, and submit it with your contact details.

If you do send it, I treat it as health-related information — see §6.

5. Getting in touch

What I collect. Your name, email, phone if you give it, whatever you choose to tell me about your situation, and the details of any call you book.

Why. To reply to you, to hold a discovery call, and to work out together whether coaching is a fit.

Legal basis. Your consent, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

Discovery calls are not recorded unless I ask you first and you agree.

If we do not go ahead, this is all I ever hold, and it is deleted per §9.

6. Health-related information

Information about ADHD — including ratings you send me and anything you tell me about how you function — is health-related. Under Israeli, EU and UK law it carries extra protection.

This is true even though I am not a clinician and my tools are educational. What matters legally is what the information reveals about you, not what the tool is called. So I hold it to the higher standard: I only process it where you have given me explicit, specific consent, such as ticking a consent box before sending me your results. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

Coaching is not healthcare. I am a coach, not a clinician. Nothing I provide is a diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

7. What I do not do

  • I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Ever.
  • I do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
  • I do not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.
  • I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. This service is for adults. If you believe a minor has given me information, get in touch and I will delete it.

8. Who else touches your data

These providers process data on my instructions only and are bound by contract.

Payments are handled directly by invoice and bank transfer. I do not take card payments through this website, and no payment processor holds your details on my behalf.

I may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect someone from serious harm.

9. Where your data goes, and for how long

I am based in Israel, which holds a European Commission adequacy decision. Personal data may therefore flow from the EEA and the UK to Israel without additional safeguards. Where a provider above operates elsewhere, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses, an adequacy decision, or an equivalent approved mechanism.

If you become a client, client-record retention is set out in the notice provided with your welcome packet.

10. How I protect it

Accounts use strong, unique passwords and two-factor authentication. Devices are encrypted. Access is limited to me. The site is served over HTTPS. Records sit with reputable providers running their own security programmes, and I review access periodically.

If a breach occurs that is likely to put your rights at risk, I will notify you and the relevant regulator without undue delay, as required by Israeli law and the GDPR.

11. Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask me to:

  • See what I hold about you
  • Correct anything wrong or incomplete
  • Delete it
  • Restrict or object to how I use it
  • Receive a copy in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything done beforehand
  • Be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights

Get in touch via the contact page. I respond within 30 days. No charge, unless a request is clearly excessive or repetitive. I may need to verify your identity first.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, please tell me first so I can put it right. You may also complain to a regulator:

  • Israel — Privacy Protection Authority (gov.il/en/departments/the_privacy_protection_authority)
  • EU — your national supervisory authority
  • UK — Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk)
  • Canada — Office of the Privacy Commissioner (priv.gc.ca)
  • United States — your state Attorney General, where your state provides for this

12. Changes

If I change this notice materially, I will update the date above and, where the change affects information you have already given me, tell you directly.

This notice is written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask me and I will explain it.
